A much needed girl trip was a highlight of my year. Taking four girls in several locations on a sister trip takes serious planning, sky miles, and coordination. We tagged along on Reed's annual AAPC conference and made it our own get-away. After leaving 3 husbands, 7 children , jobs, extended family get-togethers and crisis' and the daily grind of our regular boring lives, we met up in Las Vegas. Vegas is not my favorite city, by a long shot, but we found plenty of fun things to do. The Conference was held at the Rio, which put Reed and I up in a High Roller Suite and the girls a short hike through the casino and up the tower to their rooms.
We spent quite a bit of time in our Pallazo Suite. I absolutely loved every second of the trip. Being with these four girls is my sanity. Highlights included:
* A limosine ride from the airport to our hotel where we were greeted with a tray of Diet Cokes as we arrived. Could they know us any better?
* Fabulous Cirque de Soleil Show...LOVE...Lots of Fun and good reminder of how much we LOVE the Beatles.
* Fabulous Bellagio Spa where we hung out with Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
* Fabulous Food... Mesa Grill, BLT, Crepes, Wolfgang Puck, Poolside Salads and Sandwiches in the cabana, white table cloth room service of Oatmeal, Chinese with the Kansas City Coders.
* Fabulous Shopping at Town Square and the Forum
* A great Sunday Conference Session; It felt like deja vu sitting there with the four girls watching Conference.
* A great presentation by Reed for the opening session of the conference. We were all impressed and learned a lot.
* Jammin with the Coders. Macy was especially good at the Shout outs !!
* Quality pool time at both the Private pool and the VooDoo Pool with all the Las Vegas People. We steered clear of the Saphire Pool- Clothing optional.
It was just great to be with my four favorite friends.. It was worth every penny, every skymile and every minute.

It really was such a wonderful time. Thank you for all of it! I have been craving that private pool all week!
Julie, you are a great mom. So good to see you all together. Reed it going, there is a lot to be said for boring business conferences.
Macy, when are you going to learn to stand up straight in pictures, instead of leaning over toward the nearest sister?
:)
Thanks Mom! Great trip, great fun, much needed!
Ryan,that was a little snarky.

You really saw Niclole Kidman, did she look good? That sounds like so much fun to go on a shopping and spa trip with all those cute daughters of yours
This sounds like the very best thing in the world. There is nothing I would rather do than be with all my girls in a fun place!!!
